Brief

New to online retail but backed with extensive experience in the heating & plumbing industry we were approached by Tap ’n Shower to help define their online presence with an e-commerce store that would would allow customers to shop their extensive range.

Process

The new website needed to catapult the brand into an already dense market and focus was placed on the customer experience to create a seamless shopping experience with a simplistic single step checkout, information rich product pages including diagrams, videos, downloadable data sheets and guides plus extensive shipping options catered to postcode regions across the United Kingdom.
