Magento is a complex organism and requires love and attention to run smoothly.
Support & Maintenance is what we call the service which allows us to keep an eye on your store and be able to address any issues you wish to discuss with us after your website project has been completed and gone live.
As with all complex engines, various parts of it may develop a dislike for one another or produce malfunctions not previously spotted as real life scenarios are thrown at it.
With our Support & Maintenance contract in place you will have access to 1 hour of account manager phone support plus 1 hour of developer time.
